  • Karali sells handmade maxi skirts crafted from premium cotton by skilled artisans in small batches.
  • Due to the handmade nature of our garments, slight variations in colour, texture, stitching, or detailing may occur.
  • Colours may vary slightly from website images due to photography and screen settings.
  • Many Karali designs are produced in limited quantities, and once sold out they may not be restocked.
  • Product descriptions, availability, and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

 

3. Orders

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase a product.
  • Orders are not considered accepted until we confirm the order and process payment.
  • Accepted orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before submission. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been confirmed.

 

4. Payment

  • Payments are accepted via credit or debit card.
  • You confirm that the payment method used is valid and authorised for the transaction.
  • All charges must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

 

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Karali currently ships within the United Arab Emirates only.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

 

6. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, available on our website.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

 

7. Care of Products

Karali garments are made from premium cotton, and some pieces may feature hand block printing.

Customers must follow the provided care instructions. Karali is not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Improper washing or care
  • Alterations
  • Misuse
  • Normal wear and tear

 

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, designs, product descriptions, logos, branding, and text, is the intellectual property of Karali.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to sell our products.
