1. Order Processing

Each Karali piece is carefully handmade and prepared with attention to detail. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

 

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

• UAE: 1–3 business days (free delivery)
• International: Coming soon

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Karali cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

 

3. Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Karali is not responsible for delays once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

 

4. Duties & Taxes

Currently, we only ship within the UAE.

When international shipping becomes available, orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

5. Shipping Origin

All Karali orders are shipped from the United Arab Emirates.
